Simple Grilled Miso Steak
Soon, the leaves will fall and the air will be crisp, and you will know it’s autumn. Soon, there will be scent of apples and pumpkin spice and we know it’s time to bring in the season’s great autumn flavors. They will be flavorful sides, fresh fruity desserts, and all foods that will bring warm and cozy at home.
What you will need:
2 (1-inch thick) sirloin steaks, about 3 lbs total
¼ cup of red miso
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp sugar
How to Make the Simple Broiled Miso Steak
- In a bowl, whisk miso,worcestershire sauce, oil, and sugar.
- Spread over the steaks and let sit for about 30 minutes.
- Broil steaks and turning once for about 10 minutes for medium rare.
- Let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
