4 bone-in pork loin chop, 6-oz each

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce

¼ cup honey

¼ lemon juice

How to Make Simple Pork Chops in Honey-Garlic Sauce

  1. Apply cooking spray in a large skillet. Cook pork chops over medium heat until thermometer teached 145° for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
  2. Remove and let stand for about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and place the sauce to the pan.
  4. Cook over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve.
